Martha R | Overall ExperienceIf I could rate this place less than poor, I would!! Worst experience with a uhaul/storage company I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and go to the newer facility on Mill Plain. The staff will treat you right.
Mindy M | Overall ExperienceThe facility seems very secure; but "well lit" it is not. The hallways of the interior storage units are lit, but there is no lighting inside the units - an inconvenience worth noting. Bring your own flashlights! Other than that, and at times too few people staffing the front desk, the service was friendly, thorough, and easy - from start to finish. I'll return when the need arises, for sure.

Tanya P | Overall ExperienceIt was unclear how to get my belongings in and out of the storage. I had indoor storage, not my choice. When I would come to unload I was alone so no one was around to make sure my cart wasn't stolen while I went to get my car to load it up. Rather frustrating!
