Office staff rude and unconcerned
Antoinetta P | Overall ExperienceIt was an issue with accessing the facility out key card didn’t work nor did our pin entry code work. We were unable to access the building without it. The staff were aware of this and were unable to assist us with a resolution. We were instructed that they would open the doors but once they lock we wouldn’t be able to regain entry unless they were there. Aside from that everything was ok.
