willie s | First ImpressionsThe people that work at the 10 Mile and dequindre facility all are awesome and I think they all deserve a raise possibly, but they have always went out of their way and went fire and beyond to help me and I very much appreciate it because I would do the same for them and anyone at that at a job so yes they made me feel very please with customer service 100%

Marquinda L | First ImpressionsThe rolling doors towards back of building either would not roll up or were just open so I definitely did not feel “safe” after hours as people off street always were hanging around/looking. Twice the main security door would not open at all it was broken shut on a weekend and office people were not aware until I let them know and this was late in afternoon when I had moving truck on premises. I was directed to use other door that everyone had to use now so had to maneuver far and around several people both weekends. The third time the Security door was just open. This facility used to be really clean, maintained and nice but now it’s dirty, broken, barely has carts and sad how downhill it’s gone over the past 2yrs.
