I have been storing item at U-Haul for many years and very happy with the choices of storage size etc. However, in the past couple of years there have been raises in rent twice a year. What's up with that? Storing has become way too expensive.
symeon d | Overall ExperienceThe only reason I didn’t give Excellent is that for the entire day that we went back and forth, the alarm would not work and every time we returned with a load to put in the locker, the alarm would go off. This went on all day!
Dave K | First Impressions1. It is unfortunate that we had to leave but your location does not offer a 5x5 unit which is all that we needed now. 2. We always kept a flash light in the unit because of how dark it was. Because of both reasons we moved to Mini Mall Storage or else we would have stayed.

He went way over and above his job description to ensure that both my vehicle and the trailer was safe before authorizing me to leave. I don't know what I would have done. Hus persistence paid off. He was determined and had a positive attitude the entire time, which kept me calm. Moving is stressful and he did everything to make sure my rental was not stressful. Just guaranteed another 30 years of loyalty from me. He loves what he does and deserves a raise! He kept his cool and held down the fort even with a new girl in training.
