LIKE IR TOOK FIVE MINUTES OF THE GUY HAVING TO GET OFF HIS BUTT AWAY FROM THE DESK AND IT WAS $50 BEFORE HE WOULD EVEN DO THE TOUGH FIVE MINUTE JOB. I will NEVER use uhaul again and will recommend to ALL my family and friends not to either. Worst customer experience EVER !!!
