Hi there the unit and never got a lot never talk to nobody never spoke nobody ever came down and checked nothing I move my stuff out and I have not been there since the same week I moved in I moved out it was the most saddest thing I've ever seen in my life nobody did nothing I would never do that again never ever with you all

STEVEN L | First ImpressionsI find Uhual provides 1 stop solution for moving is very convenient. The storage warehouse is clean and the temperature control is good. I appreciate that you provide trolleys, but there’s room for improvement as the one I used was sometimes hard to steer and tended to drift to one side. There are other concerns. I reserved a storage unit and purchased a lock with it. However, when I picked up the truck and set up the passcode for the unit, the staff forgot to give me the lock. More importantly, the door latch is broken, making it impossible to secure the unit. I also noticed a cookie inside the unit before I started using it. I believe these concerns can be addressed. I hope U-Haul’s storage service continues to improve. Thank you!

Mary K | Overall ExperienceThe facility and staff are very good but the alarm keeps going off unnecessarily. In the fifteen minutes i was inside, the alarm must've gone off maybe 7-8 times and it was very frustrating, annoying and anxiety inducing.
