I very disappointed, I reserved a 10by15 storage unit then when I get there to check in they give me one just to find out that I need to get something different because they gave me when with stuff going to auction. I had to get 3 box’s which yes they refunded me but I still needed to pay for those. I was struggling putting my things in there. Am not happy at all. I would like a least the first month free because this is uncalled for. When it wasn’t even my fault.

Christopher D | Online Move InEverything I owned in my 10x10 was covered in rodent urine and feces. I spent thousands of dollars in storage at this facility over three years so that I could have my items accessible and unusable when I needed them and they were completely destroyed. I selected no to well lit because the motion lights go out unless you’re moving at the end of the hallways and my storage unit units were in the center.

JOHN B | Overall ExperienceBruce initially helped us but he was making the process difficult and we stood there for an hour before finally getting our unit. But he didn’t explain how to get into the unit, someone else helped us with that and we were able to move things in.

I reserved a unit months ago, so a reservation means that I shouldn't have to worry about losing the unit?? Being told I had to move in early (and it was by chance I talked to someone) or else I wouldn't get the unit was very upsetting. I am a college student in finals week and this is NOT what I needed. A reservation should guarantee a spot, otherwise what is the point?!
