Patrick and Bill were beyond helpful as was every person in the office with one exception. I would definitely recommend this facility as they made moving in and out as easy as possible.

I have had innumerable interactions with U-Haul including on-going monthly (1) climate-controlled storage unit rentals as well as (2)outdoor storage rental units, (3) 15foot truck rentals, and (4) cargo van rentals. I can say that the U-Haul personnel here bend over backwards to make your every experience enjoyable . They solve problems as quickly as they can. They are understanding if you run into inevitable delays or issues. U-Haul personnel are professional and friendly. In my many dealings with them, l have found them to be fair with even issuing breaks with lost keys, inoperable equipment, and customer ineptitude ! This U-Haul location in Williston, Vermont is vastly superior to any l have encountered . I cannot say enough good about the U-Haul personnel and the professionali experience that is provided.
