I didn't move out. They have closed my account in error and all phone calls route directly to corporate customer service--this location never answers the phone. All corporate does is send a message for the Williston VT location to call me back, which they never do. This has been going on for days. Unacceptable customer service.

JAME D | Overall ExperienceI very disappointed, I reserved a 10by15 storage unit then when I get there to check in they give me one just to find out that I need to get something different because they gave me when with stuff going to auction. I had to get 3 box’s which yes they refunded me but I still needed to pay for those. I was struggling putting my things in there. Am not happy at all. I would like a least the first month free because this is uncalled for. When it wasn’t even my fault.

Christopher D | Online Move InEverything I owned in my 10x10 was covered in rodent urine and feces. I spent thousands of dollars in storage at this facility over three years so that I could have my items accessible and unusable when I needed them and they were completely destroyed. I selected no to well lit because the motion lights go out unless you’re moving at the end of the hallways and my storage unit units were in the center.

I reserved a unit months ago, so a reservation means that I shouldn't have to worry about losing the unit?? Being told I had to move in early (and it was by chance I talked to someone) or else I wouldn't get the unit was very upsetting. I am a college student in finals week and this is NOT what I needed. A reservation should guarantee a spot, otherwise what is the point?!
