Service always took a long time sat for half hour to return card waiting for 1 person to finish being served
DOUGLAS C | Overall ExperienceSomeone went into our locker (not sure how they got in) and opened a couple of the boxes and removed some of the contents and put them on one of shelves. They also left behind a bag of cloth scraps. The manager looked over the top of unit and it didn’t look like anyone had climbed over top. They looked at camera etc but said it didn’t look like anyone had been at our locker, but it also didn’t show the days that my husband was there and opened it. We’ve never heard back and it just seems strange. We have now taken our items out of the locker and will never rent a Uhaul locker again. We are still going through our things to see if anything was stolen. It just seemed odd that boxes were open and items taken out and someone else’s bag of fabric scraps were left behind.
