When I was closing the unit the woman helping me was not friendly at all. She couldn’t find the unit she had to come back and check the unit number and to get a map. When she returned I said “were you successful?” She gave me a dirty look and replied “well yes”. She didn’t smile once, I was not greeted when I entered the store she made me feel dumb anytime I asked her something.I had to correct her multiple times on how to pronounce my last name. All around it was not a good experience She works in customer service. If she is not happy with her job maybe she needs to find a new one. Thank you
Rebecca F | Overall ExperienceThe move out went smoothly. However, I was rather alarmed to discover that someone had tried to jimmy the lock to my unit. Staff members had to pry the door open. I did not notice anything missing, but it was rather unsettling.

The only issue I had was the parking lot is a bit small and the cleaning station is in the way for manoeuvring a trailer around to back into the facility. A better design would be a drive through facility that does not require any backing up.
