You get what you pay for. My apt was not available until one day after the one month charge anniversary. I cleared and cleaned my locker by noon, and was not charged for the extra day or a full month. Call them ahead of time, very understanding. Kudos to the management. Have used Your service many times before. Still great management after all these years. Thanks Mike C. Winnipeg

ROZAN P | Overall ExperienceThe two women who opened up the facility were wonderful. One older man does not like to talk with customers. Perhaps he has throat cancer or another issue. I only had the locker for about two weeks but I was informed there is no refund for part of a month. It was not a good experience as I should have had a rebate for one week.
