These people are awful. Will literally hunt down your family, etc and harass them for payment. Pretend to be somebody else to make contact. I can't imagine this is legal practice. I don't recommend, at all. Awful, awful, awful.
Michelle H | Overall ExperienceHere’s why I didn’t give it five stars… I’ve had a couple different interactions where one person was super helpful… And the manager was also really awesome, clear, efficient, and helpful… But I did have two phone calls where the person who answered the call was not very service oriented, and left me on hold for a long time, and at one point left me wondering if she was even there.… Her whole demeanor was not friendly or supportive. But overall, the manager recently and one other person I interacted with a while back about an about an issue with my lock was fabulous! She went above and beyond. And the place overall is easy to manage and to do what I needed to do when I needed to do it.

He made the move-in process smooth and was always available to answer any questions. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure,clearly managed with care and attention to detail. I really appreciate how Amilcar goes above and beyond to make sure we the tenants feel taken care of. Whether it’s explaining unit options, or just offering a kind word, Amilcar is always courteous and efficient. Toni & Corey have also been so helpful Highly recommend this location thanks to the excellent management!

BONNIE B | Overall ExperienceVery inconvenient there is no elevator or a ramp. Makes moving your things very difficult. Limited parking at times there were no parking spots so I’d have to leave and come back.
