CRYSTAL M | Overall ExperienceOnly issue I had was the new policy of only 8 hours truck rental for the same price. That is inconvenient on so many levels. It should be posted, advertised, and / or advised in advance before coming to that location. I was not able to fully move and now have to pay again and pay movers again. I will have to look for a different company to rent a moving truck from now. And I have been a U-Haul truck rental customer for over 37 years. Very sorry to hear of this policy change.
