Could work on the new locker process with are by step access instructions, as staff failed to mention that if don’t swipe bar card the alarm sounds when try yo open unit. And that the lock is inside on the floor.
PAUL W | First ImpressionsThe unit that I was assigned had a rusty latch so after sitting around for almost an hour to have it fixed, we were told that we’d have to empty out the current unit and move all of my furniture to a new one. Things like this should be checked and confirmed before having someone move in. Very inconvenient and I would like for the manager to contact me ASAP regarding this.

Took the time to explain to me on options that I could use with my move. I rate these guys a 100+++. They were extremely helpful. These are some great guys.

I will not rent at this storage place again and am no longer sure I would rent from U-haul again. From the start of this process to this date nothing has gone right and I am beyond disappointed in the service.
