My pickup location was changed at the last minute. Instead of driving 10 mins to pick up my trailer, I had to drive over an hour. Just unacceptable. Not sure I’ll rent from U-Haul in the future. The new pickup location was very kind and good customer service.

I am waiting for a credit, as I was overcharged because the rental location was in error and closed out my rental contract three hours past when I returned it causing me to be charged for 3 days versus 2 days. I called the rental location and they said they would see what they could do about it. Will see what we can do does not work as it was THEIR error and I would like to be credited for the extra day rental that was charged to me.
Terrance S3 psi on tire! 30 psi on 3 tires! Full load! You’re lucky I had an air compressor gauge on location where I was at or it would have blown and messed me up physically and lost an entire day as I had to check out from housing 11am next day and drive close to an hour to drop off. . Plus the first trailer had no rear turn signal upsetting annyiehr customer later I find out. Maintain your equipment! Extreme safety risk caused by uhaul! I demand a full refund and will be renting a trailer by the hardware store! Please call to credit me back.
