The truck was late being returned so we had to wait 30 minutes to pick it up. We also requested a hand truck but had to drive to another location to pick it up as it wasn’t at the location we got the truck from.
Kathy IThe man that helped me at the U-Haul place at the lube and oil place was so rude and was picking his nose and biting his fingernails the whole time and was saying the F word it was ridiculous. I was shocked how he treated me and how he was behaving.
