I called, the guy told me sure, he has what i need and told me the price and 2 hours later I pulled up and he put my phone number in the system, it remembered me from some 15 years ago, he typed in the new details and out the door I went. Their location is open, so when I was held up, he was happy to let me return the trailer after hours. Great experience with polite people.
ANRIA BVehicle interior was dirty as was the box. Business was closed on day of pick up and we had to call and switch to online pick up and had difficulty with the app working. Had to call back, retry use of online pick up before it worked. Truck was on empty when we finally got the key. Overall one of the worst truck rental experiences I've had.
