The attendant was great to work with! Perfect trailer for a short notice job and the call center did a great job directing me to the right part of town to get me what I needed. But….i returned the trailer to the same guy two hours later only to get emails and phone calls the next day asking me why I didn’t return the trailer. With no feedback process to explain to me what went wrong, I don’t have a ton of confidence I need to rent from U-Haul again. I was happy to see someone finally realized I gave the trailer (literally helped him disconnect it) back to the pick up location. Would be nice to know what was supposed to happen

I live in Pullman, and UHaul asked me to pickup the truck about 80 miles from my house, which was the only location available with a truck. The attendant was quite nice, he gave me the keys. The location is quite far from me, otherwise this seems to be a good place to get a truck if you are near the Spokane airport.
