Customer service was excellent from beginning to end, especially when we checked the truck back in a little late-very professional and service oriented. Thank you,

this is the first time renting from UHAUL. The UHAUL attendant that receives returning trucks was exceptionally helpful in getting my equipment returned in an expeditious manner.

I was told no 10 ft. available although I had a reservation. Another associate told my associate to give me a "one way truck." Others not so lucky---when I returned people waiting for trucks that were no\t back on time. They had reservations, but either no truck available or offered a size not needed.

Excellent service by Requan. Even in the rain and with the equipment sorted improperly on the lot, he was quickly able to get a trailer out and readied and maintained a smile the whole time.

Both mornings I was there you were not open at 7. Employees were inside but not ready to take csrs til about 7:20. Returning the vehicle got interesting but your employee took care of issue albeit with a snarky remark. With multiple employees in the office, do not leave csr's forming lines. Ed G

I did have an issue with the return, the fuel had been slightly off when I received the vehicle....I took a picture of the gauge and had the receipt for the gas i put in directly before returning the truck....and they still tried to charge me $7....

First of all, make sure the gas tank is full. I had to go back and get it marked off as nearly full. And when I returned the truck I had to try and fill it back up to where the mark was, and overfilled it, and then had to argue to get reimbursed for overfilling, and was treated like it was my fault! Initially I was told that no one gets reimbursed for overfilling. My point was that it's hard to fill it back up to the same spot. Why cant U-Haul fill the darned tank up completely in the first place? How is it my fault that the tank was marked on the form as full, but really wasn't? Moving is stressful, and dealing with the BS about the tank not being full, and then trying to get money back for overfilling just added to the stress, plus arguing with your employee was extremely unpleasant after a long, long day of moving. My advice: Just make sure the gas tank is actually full before indicating that it is on the form, and that will avoid all subsequent problems. I did get reimbursed $7 for overfilling--an arbitrary amount the employee pulled out of the air after our contentious discussion. I'm never using U-Haul again. Thanks for the opportunity to explain what frustrating experience it was on an already tough day.

You should consider improving your Gas Tank tracking. After being given the wrong location to my assigned vehicle not once but three times I failed to double check the Fuel vs what was printed on the invoice. I left the UHaul location with 47 miles till empty.

Upon receiving the van the fuel gauge registered full and the mileage to empty was 305. The van was used for fifty miles. Upon filing it up prior to returning the van required over six gallons of gas, which was surprising. The mileage to empty upon return was 360 miles. At least it is now understandable why the miles per gallon appeared to be eight miles per gallon.

They charged me for 40 miles and I only went 33 miles. I proved the lady wrong using GPS and she still tried telling me I was wrong. The GENTLE MAN that waited on me when I first got the truck told me the milage would be off because he used it for an inventory run. To notify the person who checks me out at the end. I did that and she refused to listen to that and charged me for the extra miles any way. I thought that was extremely wrong and she refused to listen to me. Was not happy for the additional $15 charged to my card.

I had a difficult experience with the storage unit. One of the reps did not put 24 hour access on my card properly. I got stuck on the 6th floor when elevator stopped working. I had to come back early in the morning to put the rest of my stuff away. There was broken glass everywhere near loading dock. One of the garage doors was broke so I had to use a dock that was much higher than truck & left a dangerous gap. Some of the personnel were helpful, such as Darrell who showed me how to work elevator & the woman from Max I had to call when I got stuck.

Dropped off truck at 10pm on Sunday night 4/17. After hours, so we left everything in the drop box. Received a call on Tuesday 4/19 asking where we dropped the truck off. Then received a text a few hours later saying the truck was past due and we never returned it. Called the location and spoke to a woman. She said according to their records, the truck was never returned and we'd have to call back or go to the location again. She wouldn't transfer me to anyone else because "they were too busy". We drove to the location and the truck was there. The key was on the wall and they had checked it in on Monday 4/18 at 9am. VERY poor customer service. Woman on phone was NOT helpful at all. Also, you should have the drop off directions on the packet you get at pick up, explaining you can do drop off on your phone. Not that it would matter for people without smart phones.

Larissa and Jamie and another woman whose name I am forgetting and all the young men who have assisted me over the past few months have all been great, without exception. That said, Laryssa has been the number one stand out. Fantastic customer service each and every time. During a stressful time it was reassuring to receive such excellent support and service at this location!
