It took us 2 hours to to get the truck. We had a 9 am pickup time. We got there around 9:15 and couldn't check in with our phone The rental office didn't open until 10 am at which time there were already 3 people in line. The rental agent was slow and very inefficient. We finally were able to check out the truck by cally live customer service
