I misunderstood that I had to replace gas used and for the 15 miles driven and possibly two gallons to replace was charged $15.60. That’s ridiculous!

Rented trailer for 3 days but only needed it for two days. Uhaul said I should get the refund from the body shop but the refused.

I went to all the locations in Albuquerque, this one was best by far.

Would have rated excellent but they didn't have a dolly. So I had to go purchase one and they are surprisingly really expensive. Staff was super nice and helpful though great customer service minus the dolly thing.

The trailer lights didn't work. Check the equipment more carefully prior to renting it to a customer.

The contract was for 2 days when I reserved it for 1 day. When I told your representative I was going to return it that day and wanted contract to accurately state that she said it would take 30 minutes to cancel and rewrite. I also said the time was wrong showing rental starting at 1:30 when it was 3:30. I returned it about 6:30 that day but receipt shows returned at 1 next day. Very poor service

Left rear tire had low pressure ~30 psi. I had to fill it up before I started trip. Noticed gas level was a little below full, didn't think much about it, but after first fill up I found that the tank was 10 gal below full.

The staff to check the truck was at lunch, but I soon got the email confirming it was all good and there were no extra fees.
