The uhaul was full of unfolded furniture blankets. When we told the very unenthusiastic attendant he just said "okay" so I brought them all in (it took me two loads) and he caught an attitude with me. I didn't pay for them and definitely wasn't gonna fold them up like he suggested. I expect a clean rental if I am expected to return a clean rental. In addition, they did not have all the dollies we reserved.RICARDO P.

The customer service rep is probably the worst I ever seen, very rude and unprofessional, for no reason. The process to rent a truck should be the easiest. I am not sure why he had to act that way. there were no customer and they it was a quite day, It could be he he was having a bad day but should not treat customer this way ever again. If someone is having a bad day they should try to stay away from customers. I paid $76 to rent a truck for 4 hours, it was was not for free. The truck seat area stinks and have some type pet hair all over, when you turn the A/C it blows the hair all over you. The drop off part was quick and did not take more than one minute, that's probably the best part of my experience. I would not recommend to use this location for anyone.YARED A.
I thought the check in process was very smooth, I didn't have any issues. I would recommend this location, and also informing customers that are doing check-in on the day they are closed to make sure they go through the process emailed/texted to them before putting the key in the drop box.Germaica B.
Maybe start the AC from the get-go so the customer knows that it works. Maybe a tutorial on how best to drive and load the truck. Maybe ask if the customer needs help moving stuff and make arrangements for him. Maybe tips for planning a move posted on your website. They are probably there but didn't take a look.RICHARD PETER L.

The interface was very difficult, why do I have to take a picture of my driver's license and upload it to your system. It didn't work on my phone, it didn't work on my wife's phone, and the guy behind the counter had the nerve to say that the problem was both of our phones! What a jackass. Other than that, the rental was painless and without incident....until I showed up to return the truck. The online return procedure didn't work on my phone or my wife's phone...again. Had literally the WORST experience. I will never rent a Uhaul again. The guy behind the counter should not be working in customer service, or a customer facing role. It started when my partner dropped me off and was waiting in the car next to the curb. He looked out the window, brazenly asked if they were waiting for me, I said yes. And then in just the rudest tone said they can't park there, this is obviously a truck zone and people drive through here. I stared at him hoping he would catch on that his tone was super out of line, as there were no signs, no curb paint, and no obvious correct place to park, yet he spoke to me like we were stupid and purposefully did something wrong. I texted my partner and asked them to move, followed by â€œthis guy is an assâ€. There were no furniture dollies available and he just straight up told me he doesn't have any, I asked how that could be because I reserved one with my rental and that's why I reserved with Uhaul bc there was supposed to be a furniture dolly and we have to move heavy couches. He repeated himself and added that he's never had them. I asked shouldn't that be removed from the website, bc I would have reserved somewhere that does have them as we needed to move 4 very large couches. He said he doesn't control the website, he doesn't have one and never has. But offered me a utility dolly which I originally accepted but brought back inside bc that doesn't work for couches. I honestly was furious but I had a 3 hour window to get these couches moved and couldn't reschedule. But he didn't care at all, wasn't apologetic, didn't offer to check if someone else nearby has them, nothing. Then he hands me the truck key and tells me it's parked â€œaround back at the endâ€. Hands me the utility dolly and points. I have no idea if that is a Covid thing but I have rented plenty of Uhauls and never have I had to go find it and pull it out of the tight spot it was put in. I couldn't even get the utility dolly in the truck bc the spot was so tight. I had to leave it in the parking lot, pull the truck out and then put it in. The mirrors of the trucks were all nearly touching, it makes no sense to have a customer fetch their own truck from the back of some lot like this. He also said the truck was at 3/4 of a tank and told me about the $4/gallon fee to refill if I don't, when I started it it was no where close. So I pulled back around and went inside to have him come out and look. I'll admit my tone at this point was not overly friendly, I was pissed and trying to figure out how we were going to move couches without a dolly and everything just piled on. But he did not say 1 work to me when I came inside, gave him back the dolly, told him about the gas...not a single word. He checks, says â€œ5/8â€ to which I said correct, and he walked away. I had to follow him to confirm that he would be correcting the contract and removing the utility dolly from it. He nodded and walked away. At this point I am just happy to get away, I live 2 miles down the road and before I even get home the dash flashes a right front tire low message. We drove 15 miles total, and by the time I am pulling in to return it, the check engine like and some other system light are both on. Obviously these trucks are not checked or maintained-had it broken down on my rental it would have been my fault I'm sure and would have been disastrous for my day. I am beyond angry still, a day later. The entire experience was horrible, the guy working there was terrible, and I'm never renting a Uhaul again. Specifically I would never ever recommend someone visit this location and will publicly share that on any site I can. I would hate for someone else to deal with what I had to deal with when you're in a time crunch and have other logistics to worry about, or if you're like me and you know you cant move the furniture without a dolly and apparently online reservations don't mean a thing so there's that.JESSICAMARIE P.

The truck was clean. The service was good. However, one of the cargo van's middle door did not open. I also could get the back doors open using the key and the unlock feature on the back. The doors not opening were an inconvenience and prevented me from placing certain sized items in the vehicle.TANYAYVETTE S.
