My reservation was to pickup at 4 pm in Eureka. I had to call to confirm and was told they didn't have a 26' but Arcata store did. Luckily I called to confirm because that store closes at 4pm. Very inconvenient.

I had to drop this uhual off while they were closed & nobody told me I had to take a picture & call when they were open to confirm that I dropped it off. It was just very confusing.

Please ensure that customers have set up the trailer before leaving the premises for lunch. The trailer was filthy and still had stuff inside. I wish your employees would realize their job is customer service based.

Employee was unfriendly and condescending.

Slightly larger area so easy drop off. No hiccups

The $20 for help seems counterproductive to your service. It behooves you to have all in top-notch shape before it hits the road. This is for your protection and safety as well as your customer. As it turned out I did hook up myself yet it was not quite right. The service personnel did help.

The only problem with the truck was the windshield wiper blades were shot and I had to replace them
