I rent Uhaul a lot of time, but in this last rent I am really disappointed. I picked up the truck with no problem until I had to load the real mileage that I received the truck (because it had a huge difference what the app said with the truck showed). So I call customer services who very gentil attend my call and after trying twice to load the real mileage, they told, don't worry take a picture and when you return it show it to the receptionist and that is what I did. She also told me I am putting a note about it. The receptionist told ok dont worry I am going to fix it on system, you can leave. After when I receive the final document, they don't only update the beginning mileage they put me more mileage in the returning truck. Fortunately I always take pictures. I am already make my complaint and I am waiting a solution about it
