The drop off location was changed and I was not notified. I went to the drop off location and was told they would'nt take it.I had to spend several minutes on the phone to figure out were to returm the truck

JENNIFER BHonestly, customer service was great! Super polite. Great vehicle. Smooth rental process. Probably the best uhaul experience I've ever had. They kinda had a mix up with the paper work when I was to return the truck, where and not noting my account with that info. But other than that they were Grade -A!
Shonna SThe Uhaul system was down and delayed me on hour. Which means I lost an hour of my moving help
ALEJANDRA STruck was barely in useable condition. Transmission slipped, brakes were boggy, and the rear door was very difficult to open. It felt like the tracks were bent and it took an excessive amount of force to get it open. It was acceptable for a local move but I wouldn’t take it on the highway.
