Need to train the staff on how to use U-Haul System. I was there for more then an hour trying to get my rental.

Mohammad RBooking process was a disaster, wrong location got picked initially and customer service sucks , they really don’t care. Suggesting a new pick up location is so easy from customer care like nothing has happened. Got help from Jeff the manager for brampton and nearby locations who helped me but he was a bit frustrated as it was a sunday and customer service gave me his personal number to contact. Moreover insurance was put on tor me, which i never opted for and now had to call and get it removed, Jeff helped me here again. Overall it was a shit experience with u haul and i would prefer home depot next time and something i would recommend to friends and family too.
Sandeep MThe company didn't honor the reservation guarantee $50, just because even after they had to cancel my booking due to non-availability, I supposedly arranged the vehicle on my own. Obviously I was going to try to arrange something as it was my moving day. I was on call with customer service rep and she could have provided me the same solution that I did on my own, by she didn't. I request you to honor your reservation guarantee policy and pay me $50.
