When we walked into drop the truck off there was no one the store area. When I called to find out if they were open. The lady was very rude and condescending on the phone and when we went in the store she was just as rude and condescending. Later on on a phone call she was more helpful but her first impression was not good.

Justin FI picked the van up on Sunday morning, so there was no contact with the staff at the location, apart from a confirmation phone call on Friday. If there was someone there on Sunday, I would have refused to accept the van because the cargo area was filthy with drywall dust and debris. I needed to lay down moving blankets to protect my mother's furniture from the white dust. The automatic system using the APP to pick up/drop off equipment after hours has a fault. I indicated that - No, the equipment was not clean enough for another family to use and I was automatically charged a clean up fee for a mess that was not mine. If the charge is not reversed, I will be complaining.
