I called to reserve a 15foot truck. It was written as a quote, not a reservation. When I arrived on Saturday morning no one was in the office ( which I was aware of, from a call the day before) . When I tried to use the app, there was no reservation ( just a quote). It took over a hour to get things situated, which left me 4 minutes to get home before my movers arrived. I was also told I did not have to return the truck till Sunday morning. When I returned it later Saturday night I was charged for having the truck longer than what was written on the quote. It is with great appreciation that someone from head office called and I was afforded a discount, along with a refund ( which I have not received as of yet). It was not a wonderful experience by no means, head office being helpful was the only thing that helped me.

Leonard GThis place is very unprofessional, I do not recommend this place. I would watch your bill for extra charges. Definitely take before and after pictures of fuel level and kilometers/miles when renting any vehicle. I called back to ask why they charged me an extra $20 for gas when I took before and after pictures of gas levels. I got yelled at and talked down to because I was told I was wrong. Thankful for the U-Haul dispute line. Which the unprofessional guy told me to call if I had any problems with the bill. I talked to a lovely lady that I sent the pictures of fuel levels to, she returned me my money. I've rented U-Hauls before and they weren't quite as rough as this place. I do not recommend dealing with this place as there are a couple other places in Leduc to rent from. If they run their business like this with the U-Hauls, you got to wonder how they run the others paint shop business 🤔
