On 2025-10-22 at approximately 14:40, we picked up a trailer at the Supreme Paint and Dent 4408 61 Ave Leduc AB. Myself Leane Koski and my partner Tyler Keller went into the office where we were greeted by a German Shepherd dog. After the check in process was completed, Tyler, Camille, Zeus (the dog) and I went outside. Tyler and I got into the truck, Tyler backed the truck down the parking lot to the location of the trailer. When Tyler exited the truck he said to Camille: “will your dog jump on my truck because I have 2 little dogs inside”, Camille responded and said “no he never jumps up, he doesn’t even shit in the yard”. The dog jumped up on the drivers side rear door leaving deep, significant scratches from his claws. I could hear the sound from the inside the truck. Tyler said to Camille “Jesus fucking Christ, or what the fuck,(to that effect), this is my first day driving this truck”. Camille walked away, and then Phil came out and said “need to fucking calm down, your truck already has damage and rust, here’s $20 go get someone in Edmonton to fix it”. Camille and Phil kept talking at Tyler, they were being rude by saying our truck is in bad shape, and blaming Tyler for being rude. After the initial event. Tyler hardly had a moment to say anything because Phil and Camille would not stop talking. They acted very inappropriate, condescending, rude and verbally assaultive. They told us we are not welcome to come back. I was sitting in the passenger seat the whole time, I did not speak, I just observed. The way they handled this situation was extremely unprofessional. For a moment I feared that Phil was going to assault Tyler. I was ready to call 911. The damage on the truck that was caused by the dog is significant and will be required to be repaired. $20 that we left on the ground would not be sufficient to cover the cost of repairs, we will be getting a quote once we get home. For context: Today we are going to pick up a logging we just bought from a gentleman in Lac La Biche. We were required to rent a trailer to haul some log truck tires. We drove from Grande Prairie to Hinton to get some equipment. When we left Hinton our next stop was going to be a UHaul in Edmonton at 21818 Stony Plain Rd NW Edmonton, AB T5S2C3. Our reservation was changed to the Leduc location when we were already on our way. We picked up the trailer, and drove to Lac La Biche. We picked up our new logging truck and had to drive back to Grande Prairie.

SAM OThe owner of this location was so helpful and made sure that I will have the best equipment for my travel. Highly recommended!
Joshua DWhen I booked the reservation I initially just did the truck but realized I would need a utility and appliance dolly, so I added it to my reservation. when I got the truck I only got the utility and was never informed that the appliance dolly was unavailable. So I ended up drive around to two different places cause the first one apparently did have it in stock when the lady told me there was. Lucky the second location had one but I should not have been doing that wasting time for something I should’ve been informed about or not to be able to reserve if not available. I was not happy.
