This place charged me miles that I didn’t use. I used the U-Haul literally no more than 10 miles and they charged me 48 miles. Mind you I used the U-Haul just to take my son’s first birthday party decoration from Mount Eden to little Italy near Bronx zoo and back. 48 miles is ridiculous. On top of that I asked the receptionist if the U-Haul had GPS and he says no when I get in contact with U-Haul it self they told me yes. ALSO, I took a picture of the miles when I got it and it’s different from what he says. DO NOT GO
