Although I’ve used this location 3times 2of which I had no issue but my 3rd visit the general manager or person on the cashier that day was sorta weird with me saying he didn’t see my reservation then I reserved again he said he didn’t see my card information how can u reserve without one then he said my card declined from my bank which was also wasn’t true cuz I called right in front of him my card was fine then he said it declined again then suggested I go to another location which was far away after all that I was basically forced to use my credit card cuz I’m guessing that’s what he wanted to do if your African American with a strong personality don’t go there cuz if you get that gentleman u gone loose yaself
HARMANIE JI brought the vehicle with a full tank and they say I would not get a credit. I should have brought it with less gas. Then I would have been charged for returning it with less gas smh.
Travis BThe truck smells of urine. The shocks and brakes were not good on the truck. I also received the truck almost empty on gas and was charged again when I dropped off the truck. this is the most hectic place to drop off a truck. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know.
