There was no one there to help us get the equipment off the hitch on our truck. I had to stand on the truck tailgate and jump up and down to try to help my husband get the U Haul off our truck. If someone was there they could have helped. It was not easy for him and the location was basically a rock parking lot which was fine except no one was there. We left the contract in the box and the key to the U Haul as well. Took a picture to document we dropped it off.
