I was very happy with the service and the staff were very good to deal with. The truck had an exhaust leak that made it pretty loud but I feel it was a very recent occurrence that hadn’t been discovered yet as it got considerably louder as the day went on. I had a very positive experience with this rental otherwise.

The equipment I ordered was not in the truck and had to go back for it. I called ahead and he had it ready for us but this was an inconvenience. I also had problems checking in on the app and had to talk to someone at the front. He was very helpful but I thought the app should have been easier and it wasn’t. Regardless, everything worked out.
