The vehicle was not clean at all. The customer is charged to leave the vehicle dirty but not compensated when they have to clean your vehicle before being able to use. Second the additional dolly I requested was not in the vehicle. That irresponsibility of the staff or company management. You must make sure you don’t promise what you can’t deliver.
