Great person to deal with at the front counter.
Geoffrey SHad to wait in line 30 minutes before being seen. Vehicle confirmed was not available. Was not reimbursed with the promised $50 if they didn’t have my vehicle. Took an upgraded vehicle, brought a broom to sweep out the back. Was still charged a cleaning fee. Exploitive pricing, poor service.
