Long’s is my preferred place to rent from twice a month. Clean trucks and great service. It would be nice if U Haul helped local food pantries that need trucks for regular pick ups. Help those helping others. Even a discount would be helpful. Thank you!

Some pick-up / Drop-off locations are weird lately, Nothing like the nice big stores you used to have nobody was their on a Monday at 9:30am location was a parking lot..
THOMAS BThe virtual location needs signage to indicate where the key drop box is located. We had a bad experience with respect to returning our truck-(your software system did not allow us to complete the process). U-Haul should provide the renter with a phone number so that problem solving can be done through conversation with a real live human. And, the phone number should be listed in a place that is easily identified by the renter.
