THOMAS BThe virtual location needs signage to indicate where the key drop box is located. We had a bad experience with respect to returning our truck-(your software system did not allow us to complete the process). U-Haul should provide the renter with a phone number so that problem solving can be done through conversation with a real live human. And, the phone number should be listed in a place that is easily identified by the renter.
