The mobile sign in and sign out process was horrible. To make a woman take pictures of the whole truck in the dark was ridiculous. The drop off location is on a side street, not well lit.It takes forever to take the pics and upload them. It took so long to pick it up with everything I had to do. I didn’t leave until 3:30 by the time I got through all the steps. I would never do that again. Also the original booking that I booked online was actually not available. Overall it was not a good experience at all. I get cleaning the truck but the smell was so bad I had to keep the windows open the whole time.
