Rented trailer for 1.5 hours. Charged price over and above online price and charged another 20 for cleaning fee. The ‘covered in grass’ rationale works but as repeat customer not great experience.

Dropped uhaul off on designated day, but they didnt check it in for 2 days and charged me $40 for each day. Also charged a cleaning fee when I swept it out and even dusted the cabin.
STEPHANIE MI was a little taken aback by the cleaning and after-hour return charges as they were never mentioned during booking and pickup. It was an additional $45 I was not anticipating paying for that day.
BETHANI LDropped off after hours so unable to speak on location cleanliness. However it is impossible to get a live person on the phone at that location as the phone is never answered and the message says that you have called a completely different number. I tried to call to dispute the cleaning fee I was charged as the truck floors were dirty when I picked it up
