Assigned truck was not at the location. U-haul helpline helped assigning a new one. Also, the trucks were parked in an half mile radius so I had run up and down Homan Ave, which was quite stressful. Otherwise, the truck was clean and well-maintained.

I had a terrible U-haul experience. They changed my location multiple times and kept calling me accusing me of damage I did not do. Johnny on the phone seemed to try to scam me into paying him extra for apparent damage to the vehicle. This was an awful experience and I will not be using U-haul again.

KYLA LThis was the second location I was sent to because the first location gave the truck I was supposed to use to somebody else and then ignored me when I tried to contact them. When I arrived to this location, the truck I was assigned to was not there either. I had to call U-Haul to get a different truck from this location.
Miriam AI got charged for insurance, when I did pre-check info with accepting NO INSURANCE, and full responsibility. Surprised to see insurance on my bill, with 3rd party phone check in, which was not in person check in as the app said it was for my check in.
