I was charged for a dolly but never received it. The equipment was in usable shape, but I would not describe at as well maintained.

Jeff B.We got back at 1pm and he wasn't there to accept our drop off. Door closed -- seemingly closed in the middle of the day. Multiple other families were also there to pick up their scheduled u-hauls, and the poor people clearly had planned their moves around it too. Seriously wish I hadn't used U-haul or had opted for a refund.
