ROLAND PI booked this reservation 30 days prior to picking the van up at a location 2 miles from my business however the day before I needed it was told the pickup location was 15 miles from my business, therefore I was charged milage to and from this location so this milage doubled the milage I actually used and doubles my milage fee. I feel I should not have been charged the extra milage fee or the vehicle should have been transferred to my booking location
