I was really surprised at the condition of the truck it was very clean and well maintained. The gentleman was very nice when I picked up the truck. I received my receipt promptly the next morning. Very happy.

When I originally reserved the uhaul I went online and picked Friday June 9th at 130pm for the pick up from glenway Ave. when I arrived to get the truck they said they didn't have the size I reserved. The guy at the desk was helpful, but the other workers were too busy talking about how drunk they were the night before to help. We finally settled that I would pick up the truck At 9am the next morning from glenway Ave to Columbus Ohio. When I arrived The next morning to get the truck the same man told me I could not take the truck out of town!!! I was livid and already a day behind from the fact that they didn't give me the truck Friday like I asked. I finally got a truck from delhi Ave location. All this trouble is ridiculous when I paid close to 200$ and not one person seemed to care the trouble I went thru or got a manager for me. I was very disappointed.

A little more professional setting rather than an old gas station office.

I rented a 26 foot truck for 24 hours and about 45 miles. When I returned the truck I spoke to a Ron there and asked him how much I'd owe for having the Uhaul 2 extra days and going over miles by about 10. He told me not to worry about it so long as I took the truck somewhere and cleaned it out very well and dropped it off with quarter tank of gas. I thanked him for not charging me extra and he said no problem, just have it clean by morning because a family is taking it one way somewhere. So I took it home, deck scrubbed the 26 footer with Dawn and cleaned the entire cab. This truck probably hasn't been this clean since it was first purchased. I dropped the truck off, even backed the big bastard into its tight space like a champ. Then, next day I have two additional charges on my card for mileage and extra day. When I called them and spoke to Ron he acted as though he never heard or saw of me. So basically all that "good ole boy, I ain't gonna charge you cuz we ain't like that here" chit chat was one "man" lying to another man's face. What a two faced coward, and for what? So he wouldn't have to clean it himself? Had I known you were a bold faced liar I would have locked a flock of geese in the cab and cargo area with a 100 pound bag of cornmeal and White Castles laced with Ex Lax and a stool softener.

The reservation was made and paid for. Miranda spent almost 3 hours at the location being held up. The guy said it was because my credit card was denied which it was not. Some how there was an error and the car toe was not on the invoice and credited back. This must have been to hard for the guy to figure out. Held my daughter, her boyfriend and baby up for an ungodly amount of time for no reason. The truck was not old and on the trip home they blew a fuel line and were held up for hours more. I understand break downs happen it was just a night mare of a trip and experience.

I picked up the truck and drove it 5 minutes, parked it, got out to check position, then back in to move it - it refused to start. I called the pick up location I had just left and was told there was only 1 employee working that day and therefore my only option for assistance was to call the 1-800 number on the truck. After waiting over an hour for the technician; the vehicle was repaired and I was told it was loose battery cables that had caused the issue. The issue was a result of poor vehicle maintenance and no resolution was offered to me on behalf of the pick up location.
