The U-Haul representative was super rude and just all around a terrible representative to talk to would never recommend to anyone. The man was very unprofessional and just a terrible person to help you if you have problems hope he’s fired!

You charged me for a two day rental when I only used it for one day. I really don’t think that is right to do. The folks at Patriot are great this is a problem with the app that Uhaual has created.
BRENT TThe drop-off procedure wasn't very clear. I ended up mistakenly putting the keys in the drop box instead of the Would be helpful to maybe send email with instructions on return day. Overall positive though
