Only place in town that had an appliance dolly

JAMES CWhen I got to the business there was a sign that said" Back in 5 minutes". After several minutes, I tried to drop off using the after hours app. The app is a huge pain the first time. And if time is an issue. The list of questions can be confusing. It would be nice to have a 1-800# to call for the drop off.
REGINALD WI don't like these contactless remote pickup locations. The lock was a pain to operate on the box and the box itself is too small for the key and the enormous attachment on the keyring.
