The rental location and truck I rented were excellent. I had a problem with the self check-in in the U-Haul app, which was not a fault of the location.

My first drop off location would not accept the truck (even after I confirmed the drop off with a call from UHaul) and sent me across town to another location. This location took the truck but I was a distraction to their normal business and seemed like a bother to them.
