Not necessarily the location. I was booking for Friday and the website said it was available at a much closer location. I then was called and told it was not. So I was forced to drive 20 miles overall out of the way to pick up this truck, which costed much more fuel and $2.19 a mile. Where the location(s) .25 miles from either my old or new place. Apparently both locations could not rent the truck.

ROBERT JTruck barley ran I couldn’t even use it for the amount of loads I needed to haul because it wouldn’t go over 10 miles an hour I had to limp it back to the location because the guy said he couldn’t even do anything to help me
