SHAYLA WMake sure that signage and television advertising tell all the costs of renting a truck. The way ads and signs are presented it makes it seem like all you have to pay is a day rate and then you get told you have to pay a $1.19/mile charge on top of the day rate and putting the gas in the truck. If you are going to charge the mileage then make sure you advertise it on signs and television ads.
