I did a self check-in after hours online. It was involved but efficient. Nice to know that after hours drop off can be thorough.

Mark B.The app was not working n we had to call 3 times, the first girl hang up on us without making sure that it was working. We call back n the second lady that noticed that it wasn't working n put it in the system for me. The app needs to be more friendly.
