With this location not being ran physically I'd recommend having a working number or let people know the process for drop off as my husband ended up in ER for a few hours, delaying my daughters move. Had tied calling and no answer so was unsure if anyone would be there whe.n I dropped off vehicle.

Herman S.We had to have pickup location switched twice, and truck size once. The final text confirmation stated shop hours opened at 10am, upon arriving window tag said 11am opening. Shop was still closed at 11am, had to call U-Haul office to contact owner, who had to send worker to drop off keys (they were friendly). This put us about 2 hrs behind schedule.
