it's an empty store with grass parking lot. no signs of where to park or that I had to walk across the busy highway to a drop box at a gas station extremely confusing on where to park and nothing telling us that the store is where the U-Haul office is.

Secondary business that they don’t know what their doing and their computer and WiFi suck
JEFFREY HCould not find location of key drop. No indication af place to park vehicle. Had to ask a store clerk (not affiliated with U-Haul) where to park truck. The truck was not checked in for the days and o lot after I received a call from the U-Haul office asking where the truck was. She left message for the location and call was not returned. She had to call the area manager to get the vehicle checked in.
Rick TThis was obviously a side effort for this gasoline station. It took 45 minutes to actually complete the transaction. In addition, while I originally requested a 4 x 8, there were none of this size available so a 5 x 8 was provided at the 4 x 8 rate. However, due to the difficulties in checking out from the facility, I was only offered the 5 x 8 rate.
