I was very pleased with the rental we made this weekend on short notice from Best Self Storage. We had a lot of trouble with the automated U-Haul application check-in that had some programming glitches and when I called the number provided in the text for Best Self Storage, the local woman who answered was very helpful in making sure we were able to proceed quickly and get going with the truck. The truck was clean and ran well. The Return process was easy and the bill was fair and accurate. Thanks Best Self Storage!
