We were told to bring it back above the 1/4 tick . I pointed this out to him and he rudely stated that wasnt right. Then charged 25$ extra on top of everything else’s. If he would have taken the time to explain and also take the time to see our side I wouldn’t have had such a bad experience

Had to deal with Very rude person. He wouldn’t answer my questions that were asked first and just continued to ask for info to enter in computer.

LYNN PThey did not have the equipment we needed at the appointed time. They did not bother to contact us ahead of time about the issue. We found out when we showed up (and took time off of work). Had to book another appointment for 2 weeks later. COMMUNICATION PEOPLE!!!!!
