This location restored my faith in uhaul. I had a previous awful experience at another location nearby and debated even trying uhaul again. Thankfully I did. This location was perfect. Everything from pick up to customer service to drop off was a breeze. Would recommend this location to anyone!

Ms. Gwen was excellent and so helpful! Additionally, the owner of the storage facility came to my truck return and was friendly, and nice. Overall, I would recommend this rental location to anyone.
Everything was smooth!
Thanks Rutledge Mini Storage
The Secretary Gwen Robbins was fantastic. Location is well maintained and secure. There mini-storage rates are very fair. Great place. Thanks.
You guys were great! I really appreciate it. Made our moving experience so much easier.
Ya'll suck .I will not rent from you guys ever again. All you have done is take money off my card since June 2018.You have left my family without money for food and bills.I have had to cancel my damn card .You guys need to take payments out all at once instead of when it's convenient to you.Again I will not be renting from you guys ever again. You guys are scam artist. It's a damn shame my family has to be without food after a damn hurricane.
Great and fast service!
Not all sites take cash... so if there is a way to avoid this misunderstanding, that would be great. And when calling up the street to another dealer to see if they can honor the reseveration and get told they need a 150.00 deposit isn't ideal. Especially when it was just a mishap of information. But the initial site that I reserved my truck from, worked with me and I was grateful. Although they are not employed by you all.
Bob at Rudledge storage was simply awesome.
Rep had no clue how to hook up trailer
The gentlemen that were there were very courteous and they were also very speedy in my process.I would definitely recommend them to my friends and associates.
Very nice friendly person checked me in.
The rental was easy and the attendant was very pleasant. Unfortunately I requested a cargo van which was too small for my belongings so I had to return the van promptly. I would rent from them again
Great place for the place. Much better than the Public Storage unit I was at. People much more realistic.
The staff was great as well as the communication and customer service. Will rent from them again
Refund if unused milage more than $5.00.
Very well pleased w/ p/u location. The only down fall was storage attendant was not knowledableto assist.
The team was very helpful and knowledgeable..
It was a pleasant experience for me due to the representative.
This location was fine. However, I had a terrible experience because my "reservations" was nothing of the sort. I reserved a 10' truck a week before the pick up date at one location, then the morning of, I checked my online reservation and saw they had changed it to another location further away. That costs me money since I am paying by the mile. Then, when I arrived at that location, they didn't have a 10' truck, and tried to convince me a cargo van would be about the same, when it is clearly about half the interior cubic feet. Finally, when I refused the van, the clerk was able to call dispatch and find a 10' truck at a location EVEN FURTHER away from my moving location. So instead of picking up the truck 2 miles from my house, I have to drive almost 30 miles that day, costing me extra money and time. If a "reservation" doesn't actually reserve anything, you should stop offering it and just have people show up at the store and see what's available, since that's apparently what you're doing in practice.
