This drop off place was out in the middle of nowhere. Did not see other U-Hauls around - like it was a place to rent from. There was No One around at all. Saw one small sign with U-Haul on it. This was actually a Mac Construction place. We went inside the building to see if we were in the correct place & IF it was ok to leave the trailer there or not. A guy inside didn't have a clue. Was working on a truck & didn't want to be bothered really. We called the number on our contract & was told it was ok to leave. It was sketchy, no one to check the condition of the trailer or sign off for the return. There was no lock on the hitch or fence around the lot. Anyone could have hooked to the trailer & drove off with it & we would have been responsible for it! Also, I don't understand why it would cost More money to return the trailer to a different spot. We returned it a day early but didn't get any credit back for the day not used!
