The check in process took a long time because the service person had two trucks but he couldn’t remember the lock combos to open the back storage areas of the trucks. We had to complete two check ins because of this issue. The equipment worked fine though. Two days later I got a call from UHaul corporate asking if I had returned the truck. They said the location never checked it in, even though I returned it after just two hours of use. Next time I’ll go with a different rental brand. Not happy with the service.

alexandra RThe directions took us the wrong way several times. And the guy that was working there was very rude. If I didnt need the uhaul that day I would have walked out and made my reservation for a different pick up location. I was not happy with the way he treated my husband and I.
Brianna LThere were issues with the system to rent it took us a hour to get our rental. We tried to call another location the the person was extremely rude. The person that helped us at this location was clearly stressed about the situation but he handled it himself and was able to get us in our truck. He did an amazing job with getting no support from U-Haul. I really appreciated him.
