No improvement needed. It was a great process. And the office was great . Kristi was super helpful during my stressful day.
Carolyn S.I was told at the last minute that the furniture dolly was not available (Which I added to the cart at the time of making the reservation), Wish I had been contacted and informed beforehand. Moving stuff requires proper tools and had to figure it out at the very last moment about furniture dolly. Also not been informed that this location runs remotely. There is no physical office or person at the location. I spent almost 20-25 minutes figuring it out. The phone number indicated in the reservation receipt does not seem to be picking up calls. The truck did not have EZ load Ramp. Made loading stuff in the truck difficult.
