Have a rental agent there when he says he will be there. I reserved a 5x10 enclosed trailer that was not there when I came to pick it up

The U-Haul location was in a low end used furniture store that didn't have heat. The counter person was nice but the store wasn't that great

I found this rental experience fair, easy and convenient. However, when I returned the trailer, the store was closed. The store attendant assured me that the store would be open when I returned the trailer the next day. And I felt uneasy about leaving this trailer with no kind of confirmation that I returned it, and on time as contracted.

The service and people at the location were great. Uhaul had not updated their hours on the website to reflect them opening an hour and a half after my appointment time. They opened the door and took care of me quickly even though they were not officially open. The truck itself rode rough, the front dash by the windshield was loose, it took 14 gallons of gas to refill to the same spot I left with when I only drove 40 miles, and the oil pressure gauge kept dropping to almost 0. The a/c did work well though. I would recommend the location and people very highly.

Drop off location and personnel were excellent. Took about five minutes total including the time they took to check the vehicle in. highly recommended!

Excellent experience with Uhaul, will recommend to others. Only drawback was that store location was in a more unsecure part of town.

We did not get the equipment ordered. Customer service was great and they tried to be accommodating sub truck but it was not big enough.

It's a junk store, a thrift store with a uhaul desk in it. the computers didn't work, took a long time to check out.

I thought the original reservation I placed was at the downtown location, but since I had to reschedule, I guess they changed it. I was unaware, however, so I showed up where I thought I needed to be and was politely redirected. The gentleman at Everything Household who helped me out was polite and understanding and knew what he was doing, but it was very obvious this is a place where UHaul is not their main order of business. Being used to going through UHaul places that are solely UHaul, it was a change. The service was fine, but overall, I think I prefer someone who does this work full-time

The UHaul return store had an hours sign saying they open at 8am, but they werent open at 9:30 when I dropped off the truck. I wanted to address the gas issue I had. The store looked very run down and scary to be honest. I wasnt even sure at first if it was an abandoned building. I found the key return box though, and placed the key inside. I received the truck with 3/4 of a tank of gas, and I returned it with a full tank and did not receive any credit for the extra gas I put in. When I was putting gas in it to return, the gas gage wasnt going up, so I kept filling. I finally stopped at $60 in gas to check out why it was stuck at 1/2 full (the beginning amount of gas before filling). It wasnt until I turned the key and started the truck that the gage went from half to full, which was aggravating and deceptive that I wasnt told this beforehand. Theres sticker signs for every other thing in the truck, why not a sticker for the gas so I dont end up puttinf more gas in than necessary. I would like to see a return on the extra money I spent filling the tank unnecessarily.
